Privacy policy
Plain-language information about what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Last updated 31 October 2026.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or subscribe to the Journal, you give us your name, email address, and optionally a WhatsApp number, the course you are interested in and how you would like to learn. We use this only to reply to you, to recommend a course, and to send the updates you asked for.
How it is handled
Form messages are emailed to our team at hello@ictacademy.ng and saved in a private log on our web server so that no enquiry is lost. We do not sell your information. If you contact us by WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices.
Cookies and similar technology
This website stores one small preference in your browser, your chosen currency (USD or naira), so the site remembers it on your next visit. It is not used to identify you. We may use privacy-focused analytics to count visits and button clicks, such as which pages are popular, so we can improve the site. If we add tools that need your consent, we will ask first and update this page.
Sharing and links
Share buttons open the social network or app you choose. Those services have their own privacy policies. Pages may link to external websites that we do not control.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending the Journal, by emailing hello@ictacademy.ng. Every Journal email will let you opt out.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. Questions? Write to us at hello@ictacademy.ng.
